This painting was a real challenge to create! I had to imagine myself up in the sky, seeing the Yom Suf split from above and how it looked. The result is a majestic painting full of detail and emotion.

When it came to choosing colors, I wanted something neutral but with a real ocean feel. Choosing the colors was so much fun; I just went with my gut. As I envisioned the Yom Suf from the sky, I closed my eyes and thought for hours and days about how it would look and how I wanted the painting to be portrayed to others.

HaShem guides me every step of the way. I feel like He takes my hand and puts brushstrokes in places I wouldn't have thought of putting them.
